Within the next few working days, you will receive your reservation confirmation from us in the form of a PDF via email. The partner dealer you have chosen is stored on this. You can redeem your reservation with them in the next ten weeks. When you visit the dealer, you present the reservation receipt, configure your Avian together with your dealer and place a binding order. In the following working days, your dealer will receive the order confirmation with your binding delivery date before the end of March 2025. The dealer will inform you of the delivery date and, if requested, will keep you up to date on the status of your order until delivery.

In this case, we assume that you wish to cancel the purchase. You send us an informal email with your cancellation request and you will receive your cancellation receipt and your deposit back.

The dealers do not have any demonstration models of the Avian during the pre-order phase. After this year's Eurobike trade fair (July 3rd to July 7th, 2024) we will organize test drive days together with our dealers. You can have your name put on the list of participants at the dealer and you will be informed about the test drive event in your region. You also have the opportunity to test drive the Avian at the Eurobike Festival Days (July 5th to July 7th, 2024) stand number: F11.0 / F37 (open-air area).

We have specified the Avian with selected premium components and coordinated them specifically with each other. We build the Avian in series based on this specification and therefore cannot implement any special requests. The good news: Your dealer will respond to the special requests you have expressed and take care to fulfill them.

The Avian Tour is equipped with mudguards, a luggage rack and puncture-proof all-round tires for city and trekking tours. The Avian Pure was specially configured for urban use and, weighing less than 12 kg, is designed to be carried into the basement or apartment without much effort. It has light urban tires and no mudguards or luggage rack. It is still StVZO compliant because we have integrated the rear light elegantly into the seat post.

The Avian is very light and all components such as derailleur gears and wheels are designed for maximum efficiency. For this reason, the Avian rides almost as smoothly as a racing bike, even without electrical support. With the support switched on, a torque sensor on the bottom bracket constantly measures the force you apply. This ensures very energy-efficient and direct support. Therefore, with the integrated 250 Wh battery and support level 1 (low support), you can achieve a range of around 90 km. With support level 3 (strong support), you can expect a range of around 60 km. If this range is not enough for your day trip, you can extend your radius even further using the range extender, which weighs just 1.1 kg and is available as an option.

Daher verzichten wir bewusst auf eine Lackierung – das macht das Avian auch noch nachhaltiger. Das matte Finish haben wir gewählt, weil es eine zeitlose Eleganz ausstrahlt und praktischer ist, da es weniger anfällig für Fingerabdrücke ist. Ein Hochglanz-Finish würde zudem aufwändige, manuelle Polierarbeiten erfordern, was in Europa aus Kostengründen kaum umsetzbar wäre.
