AN ORDER
What is special about a MÖVE bike?
MÖVE places a particular focus on innovative functionality combined with long-lasting and low-maintenance quality, as well as attention to detail. This is reflected in the choice of materials and composition of the components. For example, MÖVE uses high-strength EN AW 7020 aluminum from European production, which ensures particularly high stability and load capacity. The ability to select individual colors are just a few examples that set MÖVE bikes apart from cheaper providers. In addition, MÖVE produces in Germany and relies on high-quality components from predominantly German and European development and production. In short: MÖVE offers particularly high-quality e-bikes "Made in Germany" where it is worth taking a look at the details and which are therefore not cheap, but are literally "value for money".
I have a special request for the configuration of my dream bike. This option is not listed in the ordering process. Can I still order the bike accordingly?
Basically, we first take your request and clarify the feasibility with you personally. However, you must know that for certain reasons we designed the bikes exactly as they are offered to you for sale. In our eyes, the components harmonize with each other and produce exactly the final bike that we have brought to market with conviction as the "Möve".
What ordering options are there?
Orders can be placed through our partner dealers. We are still in the process of building up a nationwide dealer network. If you cannot find a dealer near you, please contact us and we will help you directly. Otherwise, you can also order the bike in our webshop.
How can I place an order in the webshop?
Put the items you want in your shopping cart. You can order your items from your shopping cart. Choose your preferred payment method and submit your order.
How can I place an order by email?
If you would like to place your order by email, please send us an email to: order@moeve-bikes.de. Please include the following information in the email: article number and description, quantity, size if applicable, your contact details and customer number (delivery address and billing address), and desired payment method if applicable (prepayment or similar).
Can I change my bike order later?
If you need to make changes to your bike order, please contact our staff by email. We will be happy to accommodate your change requests.
How can I change the quantity?
The quantity is adjusted in the shopping cart. There, before you submit your order, you can manually enter the number of pieces you want per item in the input field. To do this, simply click in the field in the "Quantity" column and type in the desired number.
Is there a discount when purchasing 2 or more bikes (e.g. Voyager + Voyager low)?
Yes, you will receive a 3% discount on the purchase price.
I'm still undecided and would like to take a test drive. Is that possible with you?
Yes, please contact us using the contact form.
Can I also buy a bike with your cyfly drive?
No, unfortunately that is no longer possible.
Our patented mechanical cyfly drive has found a fan base, but has not managed to break through in the bicycle market dominated by e-bikes. We are therefore concentrating our engineering expertise on e-bike mobility and bringing the MÖVE brand attributes of innovative functionality combined with quality and attention to detail to this growth market.
Can I pick up my bike from the factory myself?
Gladly.
If you select "Pick up yourself" as a shipping option during the ordering process, you will receive an information email from us as soon as your bike is ready for collection. You can simply arrange an appointment with one of our bike consultants, who will give you a personal introduction to your bike.
Products and test drive
What exactly does the test drive include?
You are welcome to test ride our bikes at our specialist retail partners. Please inquire in advance whether your desired bike is currently in stock at the retailer of your choice.
If you don’t have a dealer near you, we’ll be happy to help you directly.
How do I arrange an appointment?
If you would like to take a test drive directly at the factory, please contact us using our contact form.
If you would like to test drive at a specialist dealer of your choice, please contact them directly.
Can I have the bike painted individually?
In addition to black and white, we offer 6 seasonal colors per model.
In addition, individual paint finishes can also be offered on request and for an additional charge.
PAY & FINANCE
Payment in advance
After we receive your order with advance payment, you will receive a separate payment request from us by email.
Your desired items will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. The items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 14 days).

Can I also pay via PayPal?
Yes. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in as usual and confirm the payment.
Are you new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
Advantages: We usually receive your payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.
Payment by credit card
If your card is activated for 3D Secure (security query by your bank), you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card.
If you are not yet registered for 3D-Secure, you will automatically be redirected to registration during the ordering process.
Payment by direct bank transfer
At the end of the ordering process you will be asked to make an immediate transfer and redirected.
Select your main bank by entering the bank code, IBAN or BIC and log in with your online banking access data.
You then only need to confirm the pre-filled transfer slip as usual.
Cash payment upon collection at the MÖVE factory outlet
If you pick up your bike yourself, you can pay on site with your EC card. If you pick it up yourself, we will also reward you with a 2% discount on the purchase price.
LEASING
Which leasing providers can I choose from?
We cooperate with Jobrad, Bikeleasing and Business Bike.
How do I get my leased bike?
1. Select MÖVE company bike:
Put together your dream bike.
2. Conclude a transfer agreement: If your employer does not yet offer JobRad/bike leasing or similar, talk to them about the bike leasing model. The easiest way to do this is to use the leasing provider's contact form. They will contact your employer as quickly as possible and advise them. As soon as your employer has signed a framework agreement with the leasing provider, you can order your dream MÖVE bike. If your employer already offers JobRad or similar, contact them and sign a leasing agreement.
3. Order bike: Do you have approval from your employer? Then put your dream bike and any leasing-eligible accessories in your shopping cart and select "company bike leasing" as the payment method at checkout. Then create a user account in your company's leasing portal (you will receive the link from your leasing representative). There you upload the offer that we will send you.
4. Pay: You will receive an order confirmation from us shortly, and your bike will soon be delivered. Payment is very simple: for a term of 36 months, your employer deducts the leasing rate from your salary (so-called salary conversion) and uses this to pay the rate. Have fun riding!

What do I need to consider before ordering my leasing bike?

On the subject of repairs, we would like to point out that MÖVE has a particular focus on long-lasting and low-maintenance quality, which is reflected in the choice of materials and composition of the components and guarantee services. MÖVE grants a 10-year guarantee on the frame and a 2-year guarantee on components. For any repairs to the central drive components such as the electric motor/battery, toothed belt or gears, specialist workshops from our premium partners Alber and Mahle (motor), Gates (toothed belt) and Pinion (gear) are represented nationwide. Buyers are given the name of service partners in their area. Our consultants in Mühlhausen are also available to answer questions.
How can I arrange a MÖVE service appointment?
You can request a service appointment online using our contact form or directly by email to service@moeve-group.de .
Where can I have my bike inspected/repaired?
In any case, please contact us first using the contact form or by email to service@moeve-group.de . We will suggest options that are suitable for you, such as a bike inspection/repair on site at a MÖVE partner/dealer. Alternatively, you can also register your bike for collection by a shipping company/service provider.
Can I bring my bike to you for inspection/repair?
Please use our contact form here too. Please bring your bike to us after it has been thoroughly cleaned. Our experts will work with you to analyse your bike and then take it to the workshop. Your bike is usually not ready for collection on the same day. You will receive a message from us as soon as it is ready for collection again. Alternatively, you can have it delivered back to your home for an additional charge.

The general operating instructions are included with every bike delivery. If you need the general operating instructions as a PDF file, please contact our customer service at service@moeve-group.de .
Where can I find the operating instructions for the installed components?
You can find the operating instructions of the various component manufacturers in the documents provided. Alternatively, many component manufacturers also make these available for download online on the respective manufacturer's website.
What tools should I have at home to be able to recreate something if necessary?
Ideally, you should have the following tools:
